     Cranberry-Orange Sauce with Ginger

Ingredients
Zest and juice of 1 Orange
2 12oz bags Cranberries
1/4 cup Orange Marmalade
1/4 cup Ginger Preserves
1 Tbs Vinegar (I used a vanilla balsamic)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Water
 

Instructions
Combine water and sugars in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until sugar has dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
