     Mother’s Day Salad

Ingredients
1 can (10 ounce) mandarin oranges in light syrup
1/2 cup fat-free raspberry salad dressing or more to taste if desired
1 large head fresh Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 1/2 ounces bacon bits
1/2 ounce crumbled feta cheese
 

Instructions
Drain the juice for the mandarin organs into a large bowl.
Stir together the salad dressing and the juice until well blended.
Toss the lettuce, oranges, bacon bits and dressing mixture until the lettuce is well coated
Sprinkle with very tiny pieces of crumbled feta cheese before serving. Serve chilled.
