Prepare cranberries in food processor. Combine all
ingredients together in large bowl. Transfer to a
1-gallon glass jar or 2 1/2-gallon jars. Store in
the refrigerator for at least 30 days. Strain with
cheesecloth.

Reserve cranberries for a special holiday dessert,
served over vanilla ice cream.

|
|
Wine stores indefinitely in refrigerator.
