     Cheesy Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
3 whole chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 cup corn chips, broken
1 package rice
 

Instructions
Spray 9X13 pan with Pam. Place chicken in bottom of pan
Blend together milk, soup, 1 1/2 cup of the cheese and the taco mix. Mix well and spoon over chicken. Top with chips
Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes
Uncover, top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve over rice
