3 whole chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness

1/2 cup milk
|
|
1 can cream of chicken soup
|
|
1 package taco seasoning mix
|
|
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
3 cup corn chips, broken
|
|
1 package rice
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Spray 9X13 pan with Pam. Place chicken in bottom of pan
|
|
|
Blend together milk, soup, 1 1/2 cup of the cheese and the taco
mix. Mix well and spoon over chicken. Top with chips
|
|
|
Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes
|
|
|
Uncover, top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 10
minutes. Serve over rice
|
