1 cup blueberries
|
|
4 handfuls of arugula
|
|
1 cup walnuts
|
|
1-2 avocados, cut into chunks
|

1/4 cup walnut oil
|

1 T white wine vinegar
|
|
1 T honey
|

1/4 cup raspberries
|
|
salt to taste

Instructions |

|
In a large bowl, mix together blueberries, arugula, walnuts and
avocado.

In a blender, combine walnut oil, vinegar, honey and raspberries
until well-blended and smooth. Add salt to taste.

Drizzle raspberry dressing over salad, toss and serve.
