Melt chocolate in microwave on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds. Heat cream to lukewarm. Combine cream and chocolate. Add 7 drops of peppermint oil. Blend into chocolate mixture. Pour into pan or candy cups. Chill for 24 hours.
