Place all ingredients in a zip-lock bag and refrigerate.
Day 1- squeeze the bag
Day 2- squeeze the bag
Day 3- Squeeze the bag
Day 4- Squeeze the bag
Day 5- Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk to the bag
Day 6- Squeeze the bag
Day 7- Squeeze the bag
Day 8- Squeeze the bag
Day 9- Squeeze the bag
Day 10- Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk to the bag and follow instructions below-
On Day 10 mix batter throughly and pour out four 1 cup starters into 4 ziplock bags. Give away two starters, keep one for yourself, and use one cup for your bread. In a large glass or plastic bowl, add 1 cup of starter and all of the ingredients listed above. Greast 2 large loaf pans. Combine 1/4 cup sugar with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and coat bottoms and side of pans. Place the batter in the pans. Butter top of bread and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar misture. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until top of loaves is brown.
