1-1/2 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast. cooked and cubed
1 can (10oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup of sour cream
1 bag (16oz) of frozen mixed veg. or 1 can of mixd veg.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare stuffing as directed.
Set aside.
If using frozen vegetables,I suggest warming them up
w/ butter and seasoning. Mix chicken,
vegetables,cream of chicken, and sour cream in a
13x9 baking dish. Top with stuffing.
Bake for 30 minutes.
