     Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
Cake-
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping-
 
1 stick butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 small can of crushed pineapple

Instructions
Place on stick of butter in a black iron skillet and melt. Spoon in 2/3 cup brown sugar. Add pineapple with juice and stir mixture well. Cook on low five minutes. Prepare the cake and pour onto topping. Place in a 350 degree oven and cook until center is done. Remove and let set for ten minutes. Turn onto cake plate and serve.
