Combine all ingredients except candy. Mix on low speed until dough forms. Shape into balls. Using teaspoonful. Roll balls in sugar, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes. Top each cookie immediately with candy kiss. Press down firmly so cookie cracks around edges.
