Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. In large bowl add eggs and beat well. Gradually add mixture and beat until well blended. Stir in Toffee Bits. Drop by rounded spoon on cookie sheet. Bake until brown. Cool slightly, remove to wire rack and cool completely.
