     Beef Stew

Ingredients
1/2 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Stew Beef
3 Large Potatoes, Diced
1 Large Onion, Diced
1 Cup Fresh Corn
1 Cup Fresh Purple Hull Peas
1 Cup Fresh Lima Beans
1 Cup Sliced Carrots
1 Quart Tomatoes
 
1/2 Quart Tomato Juice
1 1/2 Sticks Margarine
Salt, Pepper And Sugar To Taste

Instructions
Cook meat until tender and set aside. Combine all vegetables and cook on medium until tender.
Add meats and continue to simmer. Add margarine 30 minutes before stew is done.
Add salt, pepper and sugar while stew is cooking.
