Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Add cake mix and unprepared Jell-O to a mixing bowl. Add 3/4 cup vegetable oil and blend. Add 3/4 cup apricot nectar and blend. Add 4 egg yolks, one at a time and blend. Add 2 tablespoons lemon extract and blend. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cake batter. Bake until cake begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
