     CARROT CAKE

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tb baking powder
1 1/2 tb baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
 
2 cups grated carrots
8 1/2 oz drained crushed pineapple

Instructions
Sift together 1st 5 ingredients Add sugar, oil and eggs Add carrots, pineapple and nuts Mix Well
Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min. Cool
Cream Cheese Frosting 1/2 cup butter 8 oz cream cheese 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Mix and spread on cake
