     McIntosh Toffee Tarts

Ingredients
1-Bar Toffee Broken into pieces ( 1 bar makes 8 tarts)
1-Tblsp cream
Nuts -/or cut up cherries
Vanilla or Rum
Brown Sugar Shortbread Tart Shells
1 cup flour
1 cup cornstarch
pinch of salt
 
1 cup butter`2/3 c brown sugar

Instructions
Melt toffee - cream in a double boiler. Add vanilla,nuts -/or cherries.
Bake shells 20 min in a 350 oven. Cool
Pour in toffee filling.Let set
Enjoy!
