     Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3 T white sugar
2 eggs
3 cups buttermilk
1/2 T melted butter
 

Instructions
This recipe is best used on a pancake griddle to make big sized pancakes but a frying pan is usable as well. Place frying pan on stove to medium or pancake griddle to 375F. Whisk together the first 5 ingredients (the dry ones), then add the eggs, buttermilk and melted butter.
Whisk these last three ingredients for 30 seconds, less is better. Ladle onto buttered frying pan/griddle. Best pancakes ever!
