In a large bowl, soak bread and cornbread in 4 cups chicken broth.
Saute' onion and celery in oil. Add to cornbread mixture. then Add
eggs, pepper, sage, and baking powder. Mix well. Add another 4
cups chicken broth and mix until just blended.
Pour into large greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or
until the center done.
