Meat Shells-
|
|
1 lb. ground beef
|
|
2 Tbl. taco seasoning mix
|
|
2 Tbl. ice water
|
|
Filling-
|
|
1 cup sour cream
|
|
2 Tbl. red taco sauce
|
|
2 oz. chopped ripe olives
|
|
|
|
1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips, divided
|
|
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
To make meat shells, combine ingredients; mix well. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of tiny tart pans and set aside.

Combine sour cream, taco sauce and olives and 3/4 cup tortill chips.
|
|
|
Spoon filling into each shell, mounding slightly. Combine remaining chips and cheese; sprinkle over each tartlet.
|
|
|
Bake @ 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Garnish with taco sauce.
