     Honey-Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
2lb. chicken, skinned (bone-in takes longer)
2t. cornstarch
1/2c. orange juice
2T. honey
1T. soy sauce
1/2t. finely shredded orange peel
 

Instructions
Place small amount of oil in Dutch Oven and brown chicken on both sides until a toasty brown. Dissolve cornstarch in cold orange juice. Add honey, soy sauce and orange peel and mix until combined. Pour over chicken and place lid on. Turn heat down to medium-low and cook until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Garnish with remaining sauce and orange slices.
