1 package of lasagna noodles (9 large noodles for a 9 x 13 cooking dish)
1 package of mozzarella cheese
1 carton of ricotta cheese
1 package of parmesan cheese
1 cup of water
1/2 pound of button or portobello mushrooms
Instructions
Cook together ground beef, mushrooms, oil, and garlic salt. Drain.
Mix other ingredients, except the noodles and cheeses, with meat
to make sauce.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Alternate in layers
in 9 x 13 cooking dish, starting with the noodles and ending with
the parmesan cheese.
Back at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
