2 Serano peppers, seeds out, chopped small
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeds out, chopped fine

8 oz Frank's Hot Sauce or you favorite brand
1 tsp Ground black pepper

1 tsp Ground white pepper
1 tsp Ground re cayenne pepper
1tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Blackening seasoning
1 tsp Ground chipotle pepper
1 tsp Ground ancho
1 tsp Ground pasillo
2 cups of Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
Puree tomatoes in blender for no more than 6 to 8 seconds. Remove the clumps. Pour into large bowl and add onion, green pepper, serano peppers, jalapeno pepper, poblano pepper and lemon juice. Stir until mixed well.
Add Frank's Hot Sauce and stir well.
Mix the dried seasonings in a plastic bag and then add to the salsa. Stir it 'round and round' until it's all blended.
This is a very hot salsa. To make it hotter add a bit more of each pepper or 4 drops of Dave's insanity sauce. To make it milder , cut the amount of the peppers. This salsa will get hotter over time.
Serving Suggestions
Can be served right away, but best if covered and chilled for several hours. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Great on omelets.
