2 Tbs Butter
|

4 Green Onions, tops and bottoms, chopped

1 Green Pepper, chopped

1/2 stick Butter
|

1 Tbsp Flour
|
| |
1 C Milk
|
| |
2 oz jar Pimentos, drained and chopped
|
| |
1/2 Kraft Jalapeno Cheese Roll
|

1/2 Kraft Garlic Cheese Roll

Instructions |

In skillet, saute Onions, and Pepper until soft. In a saucepan, melt Butter, add Flour and Milk, stirring, until mixture thickens.

Add onion mixture, Pimentos and Cheeses and simmer until cheeses have melted.
|
|
|
|
In lightly greased baking dish, place the Potatoes. Pour in sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
