     Spicy Party Spread

Ingredients
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded cheddar
2 c. sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
3 eggs
1 - 4 oz. can mild chopped green chilies, drained
2/3 c. salsa - any strength per preference
 

Instructions
Preheat over to 350 degrees. In mixer, beat softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese - about 1 minute. Beat in 1 c. of the sour cream and the seasoning mix. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in chilies.
Pour into a spring form pan. Put pan on cookies hseet. Bake 35-40 minutes (or until cneter is almost set) at 350 degrees. Let cool (5-10 minutes).
Mix salsa and 1 c. sour cream. Spoon this mixture over the top of the baked mixture. Bake for 5-8 minutes more.
Cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Run knife around edges. Leave on bottom of spring form pan. Can put sliced avocados on top.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fritos or tortilla chips
