Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then ran them through my meat grinder but if you don't have a meat grinder I think mixing them by hand or even running through a food processor would work. Brown the mixture in a non stick pan and separated into 7oz bags. It is much less salty and might take some getting used to if you like the salty taste of sausage but I really like how it turned out and it is much healthier.
