     Bacon Quiche Tarts

Ingredients
5 slices cooked bacon (shredded) OR diced ham
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded swiss or colby cheese
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease 10 muffin cups. Mix cream cheese, milk & eggs in a medium bowl and beat until smooth with an electric mixer on low. Stir in shredded cheese and onion and set side.
Split each biscuit in half. Press a 1/2 biscuit into the bottom and side of each muffin cup forming a 1/4 in rim around.
Fill each muffin cup with egg mixture and some ham or bacon. Bake 20-25 minutes until filling is set and rims of tarts are golden brown.
