4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
1, 12 oz bottle hot sauce
2, 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1, 16oz bottle ranch dressing
3/4 cup diced celery
8 oz Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
In a 13x9 in. baking pan, combine shredded chicken with entire
bottle of hot sauce, spreading to make an even layer.
In saucepan, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing over med.
heat. Stir until smooth. Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with
chopped celery and cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350F for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Watch that
the top doesn't brown. Let stand 10 min.
Serve with sturdy chips or celery sticks.
