     Grandma's Dinner Rolls

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1/2 cup warm water
2 pkgs dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup softened margarine
4 1/12 to 5 cup flour

Instructions
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast into warm water. Let the yeast rise for 5-10 minutes. In large bowl, pour in the yeast mixture and add warm milk, sugar and salt. Mix well. Next, add eggs and softened margarine. Stir together well. Then add flour to make a soft dough. Keep dough as soft as possible, almost sticky...just so you are able to handle. Cover with wax paper and a towel until the size of dough doubles. When dough has risen, punch down and let rise again. Butter baking pan. Form dough into small 1-1 1/2 inch balls. Place into buttered pan with 1/4 inch space in between each roll. Let raise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until top of rolls are a light golden brown. Remove from oven and brush lightly with melted margarine.
