     pullets in dry-fruit chutney

Ingredients
800 gr pullets (no bone)
5 medium potatoes
1 cup hot water
for chutney
100 gr raisins
100 gr dried apricot
100 gr dried figs
50 gr dried dates
100 gr dried peaches
 
dried ginger
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup wine
3 branches thyme leaves
rosemary
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

Instructions
cook all chutney ingredients on small flame for half hour
put pullets and potatoes in a pan and pur the chutney over it. add cup of water. cover with aluminum and cook for 45 min
