Melt butter in a small pot, add sugar, cocoa,salt
and milk. Bring to a boil then take off heat. Stir
in nuts(if using), then add flour and vanilla. Spoon
into ice cream cones right away. Makes about 16
cones.Let the chocolate cool and enjoy!
