     Orange Vanilla Cream Pops

Ingredients
4 c OJ
6 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 c - 1 tbsp heavy cream
 

Instructions
Heat OJ to a simmer over med-high heat. Reduce to 2 c, stirring occasionally (about 15 min). Remove from heat and stir about 3 min. to cool slightly. Stir in sugar, vanilla, and cream. Pour into frozen popsicle mold and freeze 6 hours. Leave ¼''-½'' headspace for expansion.
