     Chicken Brine

Ingredients
1 gallon cold water
3/4 c canning salt
¼ c sugar
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp pepper
 

Instructions
Add salt and sugar to water and stir to thoroughly dissolve. Add paprika and pepper. Soak chicken halves in brine 4-6 hrs. Remove chicken and pat dry.
