     Harvest Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
1 cup milk (heated approximately 1 minute in microwave)
1/4 cup water (110 degrees)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 eggs, room temperature and beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
5 cups bread flour
1 tbsp wheat gluten
 
3 tsp yeast
-Cinnamon Filling-
1/2 cup butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
3/4-1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions
Add all roll ingredients to bread machine. Process on dough setting. Remove dough from pan and turn out onto a lightly oiled surface. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes. Butter a 9 x 13 pan; set aside. After dough has rested, roll and stretch to approximately 15 x 24 rectangle. Brush softened butter from cinnamon filling over top of dough. Sprinkle cinnamon filling over butter. Roll up dough starting with long edge. Cut into 1 1/2 inch sections. Put in pan. Let rise 45-60 minutes or until doubled in size. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
