2 t. Vanilla

2 Eggs

2 t. Cinnamon

4 C. diced apples

1 1/2 C. chopped Nuts
|

1 C. Raisins
|

ICING-
|
|
1/4 C. Butter
|
|
1/2 C Brown Sugar
|
|
2 T. Milk
|
|
3/4 C Powdered Sugar
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cream oil, sugar and vanilla. Beat eggs, add to oil mixture.
|

|
Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Add to first mixture. Add nuts and raisins. Bake at 300 for 55-60 minutes.

Icing-
Melt butter, add brown sugar, and milk. Boil 1 min. Cool then add powdered sugar until right consistancy to spread.
