2 c sugar
1/2 t salt
2 1/4 c flour
3/4 c vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 1/3 t baking soda
1/3 c buttermilk
4-5 mashed bananas
25 pecans/walnuts

Oven at 350F. Place the buttermilk and the baking soda in a measuring cup first to sit. Add all ingredients in a bowl except the nuts. Lastly add the buttermilk mixture. Blend with a hand mixer. Grease two bread loaf pans and add batter evenly to both. Lastly place whole nuts on top. Bake for 57-60 minutes depending on oven. Let rest for 5 minutes and then remove from pans.
