     Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
3 Eggs
1c Milk or Water
1c Flour
 
Instructions
Place 1/2 tsp oil in each of the 12 muffin cups - place in oven heated to 450 until smoking hot
In the mean time, beat eggs well in separate bowl then add the milk and lastly flour, until it is smooth
Evenly disperse batter into muffin tins & turn over down to 350 - bake for 25m or until pudding is golden brown
