In large stock pot, cook the ground meat,onion, garlic and spices
over med. hi heat until meat is brown and onion is tender. About
15 minutes. Stir occ.
Stir in beans, salsa, and beer. Stir well and simmer 1-2 hours until
thickened and flavors are melded.
Stir in lime juice (if desired) just before serving and top with sour
cream.
I serve it with fresh corn bread.
