1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup lard
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp powdered cardamon

Cream butter and lard; add powdered sugar and cream well. Blend in the eggs and then the spiced flour. Mix well. Take a small piece of dough and press into fluted sandbakkels pans, spreading dough as thin as possible. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and remove carefully from tins. These are fragile cup shaped cookies.
