     Gammie's Beer Pizza Dough

Ingredients
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c warm beer (90°)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
3¼ c flour
 

Instructions
Dissolve yeast in beer 5 min. Stir in salt and olive oil. Gradually add flour and knead 10 min. Rise covered in oven until doubled (1-2 hrs.) Divide in half and form into balls. Rest covered 10 min. Form into pizzas and brush with olive oil.
