Preheat oven to 350°. Roughly chop nuts and mix with seeds, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with half the salt. Toast in oven 2-5 min. Stirring occasionally. Remove pan from oven and let cool. Add remaining salt, then drizzzle on honey. Toast an additional 5 min. stirring often. Remove from oven and mix in apricots, and cranberries and let cool.
