Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of wine vinegar
1 1/3 cup salad oil (Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 gloves garlic minced
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rosemary chopped
1 tbsp thyme chopped
 
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and continue coating kabobs while cooking or grilling.
