Cook Pasta- add 1 tablespoon of salt to a large pot of boiling water. Add 8 ounces of Orzo pasta and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and immediately rinse with cold water. Poor into a large bowl. Add ½ of the liquid from the 12 oz jar of marinated artichokes as your dressing.

Reconstitute Tomatoes- Add dried tomatoes to a bowl, add enough water to completely cover them, and microwave for 2 minutes. Let them sit in the hot water while you chop the following ingredients.

Chop green onions, basil, olives, feta cheese, artichokes. Add to pasta.

|
|
Drain hot water from sundried tomatoes and chop. Add chopped tomatoes to pasta and mix all ingredients well.
