1 can or 2 cups of salmon
|

1 -8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
|

1 Tablespoon lemon juice
|

2 teaspoon either grated or finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt
|
|
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke sauce
|
|
1/2 cup chopped pecan
|
|
3 Tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions |
|
|
Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones.
|
|
|
Combine salmon with next six ingredients.
|
|
|
Divide into two logs, roll in pecans and chill.
|
|
|
Decorate with parsley when served.
