Make pie shell and poke holes in the crust with the tines of a fork
and bake for 10 min. at 425.
Sauté chopped onions & mushrooms in butter or margarine. for 5
min., add squash & Worcestershire sauce, cover & simmer another 5
min., stirring twice.
In food processor chop both cheeses, set aside. Process
eggs, add flour, salt & pepper, parsley & chives, sour cream and
milk.
Pour sautéed vegetables into cooked pie shell, sprinkle cheeses
over vegetables, pour egg mixture over cheese, sprinkle with
paprika. Bake at 400 for 35 min.
