Night before- Heat milk to almost boiling. In vitamix mix together eggs, sugar, and salt. Add boiling milk and blend on high. Pour into gallon jar and refrigerate overnight.
Next day- Whip heavy cream and add to jar. Add vanilla, nutmeg, and store bought eggnog. Serve with rum.
