     (OZ) ZESTY PASTA SALAD

(OZ) ZESTY PASTA SALAD

Ingredients
3 1/2 - 4 cups ROTINI
16 oz. Kraft ZESTY ITALIAN DRESSING
1 lg. TOMATO - sliced, then quartered
1 sm. CUCUMBER, peeled, sliced, quartered
1/2 sm. WHITE ONION - chopped (not diced)
1 sm. can (2.25 oz.) sliced BLACK OLIVES - drained
(optional) Chives or Parsley (to taste)
GARLIC POWDER
coarse ground BACK PEPPER
 
SALT
grated PARMESAN

Instructions
Boil, rinse, drain, and cool pasta. Meanwhile prepare vegetables.
Combine pasta, veggies, and dressing. Sprinkle to taste with spices and parmesan, while mixing well.
Chill 2-4 hours. Stir. Scoop with slotted spoon from the bottom. Top each serving with parmesan. Bonus points if served on curly-leafed lettuce.
Serving Suggestions
3-4 servings as a main dish, 6-8 as a side.
