Fill cookie gun with dough and shoot on to un-greased cookie
sheets - or cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. This
process can be a dicey one - it requires that the dough be the
right consistency and that you use just enough dough for each
cookie.
If you find that you're having difficulty with the dough - you can
remove the dough from the gun and add small amounts of flour
or put dough in refrigerator for 10 minutes or so.
