Stir soup and soy sauce, adding milk slowly until smooth.

|
Mix in 1/2 can onion rings, beans and pepper.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 in a one quart casserole about 20 minutes or until
bubbly.
|
|
|
Top with remaining onion rings and bake 5 minutes more. Serves
6.
