     Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsps. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1 29-oz. can pumpkin
2 large cans evaporated milk
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
 
One yellow cake mix
1 cube butter or margarine

Instructions
Butter a 9” X 13” baking dish.
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves with pumpkin mix and evaporated milk filling well and pour into dish.
Mix cake mix and butter until crumbly and sprinkle over filling.
Bake @ 400 for 10 minutes, then @ 350 for 40-50 min.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm or cold with cool whip.
