     Pecan Tassies

Ingredients
1 cube butter or margarine
3 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 cup flour
2 whole eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 pound pecans, finely chopped
dash salt
 

Instructions
Mix butter & cheese together with a fork, add flour & mix well, until it forms a ball & leaves the sides of the bowl. Keep cool.
Roll into round balls and place into miniature muffin tins, press into shape of pan with fingers.
Mix eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and pecans. Use mixture to fill tins about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
After removing from oven, remove from miniature muffin tins and cool.
