1 cube butter or margarine
|
|
3 oz pkg. cream cheese
|
|
1 cup flour
|
|
2 whole eggs
|
|
2 cups brown sugar
|
|
1/2 pound pecans, finely chopped
|
|
dash salt
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix butter & cheese together with a fork, add flour & mix well, until
it forms a ball & leaves the sides of the bowl. Keep cool.

Roll into round balls and place into miniature muffin tins, press into
shape of pan with fingers.
|
|
|
Mix eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and pecans. Use mixture to fill
tins about 3/4 full. Bake at 350
for 15-20 min.

|
After removing from oven, remove from miniature muffin tins and
cool.
