     Clam Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cube butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic
2 cans clam juice
Parsley
Pepper
Cornstarch
Small amount of water
 

Instructions
Saute butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, clam juice, parsley, and pepper.
Add clams and mix 1 tbsp. cornstarch with small amount of water and add, stirring slowly.
Simmer on low for a short time.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
